Based on current activity and trend the local market is expected to bounce back. Northern Ireland and specifically the ABC council area still has the lowest house prices in the UK, of course the news will report a drop in house sale transactions – that’s not news, it’s stating the obvious.

In the house price crash of 2007 – 2009 the tap was turned off, at the moment people still want to buy so it’s a case of stepping off the hose and normality should resume.
