Ireland based proptech platform digitising the buying, selling, and leasing process for real estate agents and buyers, Offer has raised €3 Million in Seed funding. The funding round was led by Barclays and Delta Partners, AIB, Enterprise Ireland, the European Investment Fund and Frontline Ventures also participated.
The startup intends to use the funds to expand to the international market and develop a new infrastructure platform by next year. Offr also participated in the Barclays London Accelerator, where it was selected as one of the few candidates for follow-on investment from this year’s cohort of companies.
Founded in 2020 by Robert Hoban, Niall Dawson, and Philip Farrell, the startup digitises over 85 percent of the process of buying and selling property for agents and their customers.
Startup’s technology enables real estate agents to track the progress of a sale or lease on their mobile device or laptop with instant alerts. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Offr enabled the world’s first fully remote, end-to-end, digital property transaction. The property was sold entirely online for 61 percent over the asking price.
